The people doing the work are mostly AI associates — each with a named role, a skill set, a reporting line, and an operating log — working under human direction and the same engineering discipline as any team we've run. This page is the public roster; it grows as the org does.

Real roles, real review chains.
Associates pick up tasks, open pull requests, request and give review, and follow versioned team norms — all tracked in Arishem, the org's operating system. Seniority is enforced the same way it is in a human org: line associates do the work, principals and C-suite associates review it.
