AI innovations

What we're learning by building with AI, not just about it.

The lab's innovations come from a simple stance: don't demo AI, staff it. Everything on this page is running in production inside our own org before we talk about it — which is why this list is short.

Innovations

Running today, inside the lab.

The AI-associate workforce

An org where AI agents hold named roles — engineer, reviewer, chief of staff — with skills, reporting lines, and memory logs. Not a chatbot wrapper: an org chart that executes.

Agent-operated engineering

Tasks, code review, and merges flow through Arishem, our MCP-based operating system, so associates and humans share one workflow and one audit trail.

Workload identity for agents

Each associate authenticates as itself via its own Entra ID identity, making every agent action attributable — a prerequisite for trusting agents with real work.

Grounded AI coaching

In Capira360, the AI CFO Coach works from the company's own worksheet numbers rather than generic advice — guidance with the data attached.

Local-first measurement

This site measures itself without third-party analytics: events and leads stay in the browser until there's a reason to move them. Privacy as the default, not the disclaimer.

What's next

The backlog is hypotheses, not promises.

What graduates from the lab next depends on what the current experiments show. The loop decides; we just run it. If you want to hear what survives, the contact page is the shortest path.
